Our custom designed buckles are precision laser cut from aircraft aluminum here in America. They are robust, without being heavy, have a satin finish, and tumbled to achieve a smooth texture and feel.
We use 207 thickness bonded polyester that has excellent UV resistance, as well as resistance to hydrocarbons, such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene. Because it is a heavyweight thread, the stitch appearance stands out, looks clean, and sharp.
Most importantly, we design and manufacture our own products right here in Idaho.
