Our Story

AOG was founded by Jason Bunderson with one goal in mind — to close the gap between off-the-shelf tactical gear and the real-world demands of law enforcement, military, and serious EDC professionals.

What began as a single design has been refined, tested, and rebuilt over seven iterations into what is now the EDC Flex Belt — one of the most evolved everyday carry belts on the market. Each version was shaped by real feedback from real operators, pushing the design further until the comfort, retention, and durability met the standard the job demands.

American Operator Gear grew out of that decade of innovation and a deep partnership with the innovative minds at Dominate Defense — a team with a proven track record of developing tactical solutions for professionals who can't afford to compromise.
