Refund policy
All of our products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship. If your gear fails due to a defect in workmanship, we’ll make it right.
We also stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day full refund guarantee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—provided the item is unworn or only lightly worn, in the same condition as when you received it, and includes proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Because each item is custom-made, we encourage customers to double-check sizing before ordering. However, if you receive the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one. For sizing exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
