How soon do you ship my order after I make a purchase?
We strive to ship orders within three business days of placement. However, please note that orders may require up to ten business days of processing before they are dispatched.
What is your return policy?

Lifetime Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects in workmanship—if something fails, they’ll fix it.
30-Day Returns: You can return items within 30 days for a full refund (minus a 20% restocking fee), as long as they’re unworn or lightly worn and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Custom Items: Double-check sizing before ordering. If you get the wrong size, exchanges are allowed, but you cover shipping.
Approval Required: All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims must be approved before sending items back.
Inspection Required: Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Issues on Arrival: Report defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately.

How do I choose a size of belt that is right for me?

We offer a sizing chart on the product pages to help aid you in sizing your belt properly. You can select your belt size based on your actual waist measurement, or from your pant size. Please message or call us with any questions about your order!

How do I receive a discount on my purchase?

We offer a few couple different ways to receive a discount off of your order. New subscribers to our newsletter receive 15% off their order. Add 3 or more select items to the cart to receive 20% off your order. We will also send out emails with discount codes from time to time!
